Credit Management Policy

Credit Management is what occurs when you are late paying any money that you owe us.

If you are late paying your bill, we may suspend your service but we will give you notice first in accordance with clause 6.7.1 of the TCP code.

If your service has been suspended for a period consistent with that set out in clause 6.7 of the TCP code, we may disconnect your service but we will give you notice first in accordance with in accordance with clause 6.7.1 of the TCP code.

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if we suspect fraud or if our rights under our Business Terms allow us to do so.

We will not perform any credit management activities over any disputed amounts. Where a dispute exists or you are experiencing financial difficulty, we will follow the processes and procedures set out in our complaints and financial hardship policies.
