Our NBN Phone service allows customers with an existing broadband connection with us to make inexpensive, high quality telephone calls over the Internet. It is not available stand-alone or to new customers.
Example: A two minute standard national call is free and included within the cost of the service.
Please note that our NBN Phone service requires functioning power and Internet service. If yuo have a life threatening condition or need reliable access to 000 in all circumstances, this service is not suitable for you.
In order to utilise our service, you'll need either a NBN Phone telephone, analog telephone adapter or a router with a built-in VoIP port. You can bring your own or purchase a pre-configured one from us.
