NBN

General Information

Setting up an NBN connection depends on the technology. Our network has autoconfiguration technology so for most cases (especially NFAS, NWAS and NHAS), you can simply plug in a blank (or factory reset) router and it will just work - no configuration required.

Copper (NCAS)

You must connect your NBN modem directly into the telephone line with the supplied cable. If you have any telephone handsets, faxes or alarms connected to the same line, they must be removed.

Fibre (NFAS), Wireless (NWAS) and HFC (NHAS)

Connect your router to the NBN NTD on UNI-D port 1 (or any other advised port).

IPoE is available on all access technologies and requires no configuration. You may also use PPPoE if you want using the details below.
