A. Please visit www.beagle.com.au, click 'my account' and login with your 3G username and password. You will then see a 'Display Service Usage' link. Click this link to see your data downloaded, excess usage fees, etc.		print

A. No, data transferred using the back-up dial-up service do not contribute to your wireless usage.		print

Q. What level of usage can the back-up dial-up service be used?
A. The back-up dial-up service is to be used when the 3G wireless service is not connected. The usage is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Acceptable Use Policy defines acceptable use as consistent with the average of the entire usage population. This means your back-up dial-up account should generally not be used more than 10 hours per month. Any customer found abusing the dial-up service will be charged $12.95 per month for each month used.		print
