Your telecommunications provider Australian Network Management (ANM) is ceasing to trade and Beagle Telecom is pleased to offer existing ANM ADSL and telephone customers a new service on our network honouring the same plans and prices as ANM.

You will need to join Beagle Telecom before 31 March 2014 to take up this offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Will I pay the same for my Internet and/or phone calls?

A. Yes, we will charge you the same as your ANM plan. If you have any telephone service value added services such as Caller Number Display or Silent Number, these will be charged at our standard rates as nominated on our website here. We understand ANM may not have been charging some customers for value added services. We will always charge customers for these services.

Q. How long will it take to transfer?

A. It will take about 1-3 business days. You will continue to have access to the ANM network until transferred. However, you should not delay as the ANM network may be terminated at any time.

Q. Can I keep my ANM email address?

A. No, your @anm.net.au email address will no longer be available. You will be allocated a new @beagle.com.au email address.

Q. I have a business plan with a static IP address. Will it change?

A. Yes, you will be allocated a new IP address.

Q. How can I pay for my service?

A. You can pay by credit card or by invoice.

Q. Will my Internet service be the same speed?

A. Your Internet service will be the same speed and may even be a little faster!

Q. Do I need to sign a new contract with Beagle Telecom?

A. Yes, ANM are not selling your service and therefore you need to sign-up a new contract.

Q. With the Unlimited International Bundle, what conditions apply?

A. You will be able to make unlimited international calls to landline telephones only (no mobile or special services) to the same 80 countries as nominated by ANM.
