Please note that our VoIP service cannot be used to make an emergency call (Triple Zero). Please ensure you have access to a landline (i.e. fixed) or mobile phone service to dial emergency services.
In order to utilise our service, you'll need either a VoIP telephone, analog telephone adapter or a router with a built-in VoIP port. You can bring your own or purchase a pre-configured one from us.
