As of 13 February 2015, OzLinked have now been completely disconnected by their suppliers and accordingly, standard new connection times will now apply.

Home Phone Customers

If you sign-up now, we'll be able to reconnect you and keep your number. You will be reconnected generally within 24 hours.

Q. Will I pay the same for my Internet and/or phone calls?

A. No, you will need to choose from one of Beagle's plans and services. In many cases, our plans are either the same cost or marginally cheaper than OzLinked so you will be better off.

Q. Can I keep my Ozlinked email address?

A. No.

Q. Will my Internet service be the same speed?

A. Your Internet service will be the same speed and may even be a little faster!

Q. Do I need to sign a new contract with Beagle Telecom?

A. Yes, OzLinked are not selling your service and therefore you need to sign-up a new contract.
