You can use this web page to recover the password of your:
- Customer Number or
- Dial-up username or
- Mailbox.
If you have forgotten your password for a username or mailbox you may
recover it by entering the full Beagle Internet username (e.g
elton@beagle.com.au) and the postcode of the address you nominated at signup.
If you have forgotten the password for your customer number, you may
recover it by entering your customer number (e.g 00017001) and the
postcode of the address you nominated at signup.
Your customer number and internet subscriptions have seperately managed
passwords.
If you nominated a mobile telephone number during signup, your password
will be sent to that number via an SMS text message.
If you provided
a land line number only, a computerised voice service will call the nominated
number and read the password out to you. This service only works with Telstra
land lines.
You will receive a phone call from an
0198 number. There may be a delay of upto 5-10 seconds before the computerised
voice starts. Please do not hang up.
