An outage at our upstream provider caused all services to be unavailable
during this period. This would have affected email, web, billing, DNS
and other core services. Customers would have been able to dial in
and use ADSL services in an unaffected manner.

A fibre cut caused an outage for Blacktown dial-up services. Customers
