A. Our Anti-Virus technology is very accurate and we aim to capture over 99% of virus messages. All Anti-Spam technology is fundamentally imperfect but we aim to capture over 90% of all spam. The service is provided on a best efforts basis and no guarantees are provided for its accuracy.
