The Seniors Broadband Bundle combines a fast broadband Internet service with your home phone featuring the lowest possible call rates on a single bill. Unlike some providers, we don't have complicated caps or included calls which increase your costs.

You have a fixed monthly cost for your Internet and line rental and simply pay for your calls on our low call rates.

Once you subscribe to our service, you won't have to pay Telstra or deal with any other telecommunications companies. Our friendly Australian staff are available to assist you with any enquiry directly related to your broadband and telephone service.

What can you do with 15 gigabytes?

What's a gigabyte actually mean? A quota of 15 gigabytes equates to:

  • Over 4 days (100 hours) of non-stop Skype video conferencing with friends and family
  • Download over 10,000 average sized eBooks
  • Download over 3,000 average songs downloaded from iTunes
  • View over 1,500 average videos on Youtube
In essence, it's more than you'll ever need.

What happens if I transfer more than 15GB? Do I get charged more?

No. You are charged a fixed monthly fee no matter how much data you transfer so you can have peace of mind. Once you transfer more than your quota, your service is reduced to twice as fast as dial-up. Uploads and downloads are counted towards quota.

  Once off setup charges  

When you order your service, we need to setup your connection and there are some one-off costs to do so:

Regional 6 months $30 $100

If you relocate your service (move house) during the contract period, the relocation charge is $180.

If you terminate your service before the contract period, the early termination charge is $139.95.

  Broadband Hardware  

You must have an ADSL2+ modem and a line filter for every device that connects to a telephone socket in your home. The line filter allows you to talk on the phone at the same time as you are on the Internet. It prevents the ADSL signal from intefering with your voice signal and visa-versa.

You may bring your own modem or purchase one from us. If you purchase a modem from us, it comes pre-configured for plug-and-play operation. Plug one end into your phone line, the other into the network port of your computer, reboot and surf!
