How do our capped excess plans work?
If you download less than 2GB of data in a month, the cost will be $59.95.
For every megabyte downloaded above 2GB, you are charged an additional 7c/MB up
to a cap of $74.95/month. Once you have downloaded 30GB, your service
speed is shaped to 128 kbit/s. You can also buy additional unshaped usage in blocks
if you need to get back to full speed.
