If you download less than 2GB of data in a month, the cost will be $59.95.
For every megabyte downloaded above 2GB, you are charged an additional 7c/MB up
to a cap of $79.95/month. Once you have downloaded 30GB, your service
speed is shaped to 72k/72k.
